After catching an early flight vom oslo to reykjavik we landed in rainy and cold Iceland. Besides the Weather we had a warm and very friendly and kind greeting from the mostly polish/czech/slovak sangha. The small City offers some gems to visit like the Tarpa Concert Hall and nice Shops and lots of Museums and also the best record shop in the world "tonar" which has also its own recordlabel. The Nature and Landscapes of Iceland are otherworldly, sometimes you have the impression you are on planet mars but all in green instead of red. Most of the Land is a Lava Desert or packed with a thick Layer of Ice. The Icelanders are very kind and friendly and also very relaxed and caring people. As they are so few and the environmment is so challenging they seem to have developed a good portion of common sense.
